1. 主干是“主语 + is + 表语”：All (we have to decide) + is + what to do...
2. All we have to decide 是省略了 that 的主语，完整形式是 All (that) we have to decide。all 后接定语从句时关系代词一般用 that，that 在从句里作宾语可省略。这种结构常表示“唯一、仅仅”，如 All you need is love.
3. what to do 是“疑问词 + 不定式”，整体当名词用，这里作表语，相当于 what we should do。
4. the time that is given us 是被动结构，主动形式是 give us the time（双宾语）。现代英语更常说 given to us，托尔金的写法更古典庄重。
